Magnificent Vibration Pre-order Contest FAQ

What do I need to do to enter the contest online? You need to pre-order at least one (1) copy of Magnificent Vibration from any of the listed online retailers or other online retailer of your choosing. Once you receive your pre-order confirmation or receipt, that order or receipt number is your "ticket" to enter the contest. Complete the online entry form and include this order number to qualify your entry. You also need to be age 18 or older and be a legal US resident. |

Can I enter online more than once? Yes... as many times as you'd like! However, each entry must be accompanied by a unique pre-order receipt or pre-order confirmation number for one (1) book. If you are ordering multiple copies as gifts or for friends, makes sure each book is on a separate order so you have a unique pre-order receipt or pre-order confirmation number to accompany each individual online entry. |

What if I enter online multiple times using the same pre-order receipt
or pre-order confirmation number? All of your entries will be removed and you'll be disqualified from the contest. Cheaters never win. Play fair. (Google: Augustus Gloop or Violet Beauregarde for clarification). |

Can't I just make up a pre-order receipt or pre-order confirmation
number? Sure you can... but it won't validate your entry. Electronic, photocopy or scanned proof of pre-order placed before April 25 matching the order or receipt number submitted in your entry will be required before any prize is awarded to selected winners. Meaning, before we actually award any prizes, the selected winners will need to provide physical proof of their pre-order in the form of an email order receipt or confirmation or photocopied or scanned printout sent digitally to us as a file. |

What are the details and restrictions for the Grand Prize VIP Trip? One Grand Prize winner will receive round trip coach airfare for themselves and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA from any major gateway airport near the Grand Prize winner’s residence (which must be located in the 48 contiguous United States (or District of Columbia), four nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at a hotel from May 8, 2014 checking out May 12, 2014. Winner will receive car rental for duration of trip, VIP seating at Rick Springfield’s Hollywood Walk of Fame celebration on May 9, 2014, two (2) tickets with VIP access to Rick Springfield’s concert on May 11, 2014 in Santa Monica, CA and a chance to meet Rick Springfield before or after the concert. But wait! That's not all! The Grand Prize winner will also receive two (2) autographed copies of Magnificent Vibration by Rick Springfield. |

What happens if I'm selected as a winner of a weekly prize or the Grand
Prize VIP Trip? A representative from Touchstone/Simon & Schuster will contact you by email using the email address you provided with your entry. Before your prize is awarded, you'll be asked for additional information and to provide physical proof of the pre-order in the form of an email order receipt or confirmation or photocopied or scanned printout sent digitally.
